Biography

I’m a Business Services Client Manager at Alexander Spencer, where I work closely with clients and our accounting team to help businesses thrive with confidence. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a supportive team culture that empowers both our clients and our people to perform at their best.

In my role, I manage a diverse portfolio of clients and lead a team of accountants across Australia and overseas. I see my job as being the steady hand that clients and team members can rely on, whether that’s solving complex business challenges, navigating day-to-day financial matters, or providing the reassurance they need to make informed decisions. I’ve always believed that the best results come from open communication, mutual trust, and a good sense of humour along the way.

Having grown up playing team sports, I naturally gravitate toward collaborative environments. I bring that same energy into my leadership style, one that values camaraderie, growth, and having fun while getting the job done. I take pride in seeing my team develop their skills and confidence, with many achieving promotions and professional milestones along the way. For me, that’s a true measure of success.

What drives me most is knowing that the work we do has a real impact on people’s businesses and lives. Whether it’s giving a client peace of mind about payroll compliance or helping them scale their operations, I’m always focused on delivering results with integrity and care. I draw daily inspiration from the partners at Alexander Spencer, whose commitment to our clients and team is something I deeply respect and strive to emulate.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors, running, hiking or surfing (or at least trying to). I love exploring new places and staying active, and my travels through South America and Europe have shaped how I approach life and leadership with curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone.
