Biography

I’m a Manager at Alexander Spencer with over a decade of experience in accounting that helps me bring a calm, clear approach to both client work and problem solving. I look after a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, from healthcare to property development, helping them meet their compliance needs while building strong, long-term relationships.

I worked my way up through admin, grad, senior and supervisory roles before stepping into management in my accounting career. That experience helps me lead with empathy and communicate clearly – whether I’m advising a business owner or supporting someone new to the profession. 

My style is simple: get it right the first time, and make sure the client feels confident in the process. Most of the people I work with aren’t accountants – they’re busy running businesses and families. I focus on keeping advice practical, avoiding jargon, and making decisions with the full picture in mind. From onboarding new clients to resolving long-standing issues, I’m committed to delivering the right outcome, not just the fastest one.

Outside of work, I’m a long-suffering Carlton supporter and my wife and I are building a house. The process has been a crash course in budgeting, timelines and keeping your cool when things don’t go to plan. Fair to say it’s sharpened my appreciation for clear communication on both sides.
