Biography

As the Office Manager at Alexander Spencer, I see myself as the go-to person who helps keep everything ticking along smoothly. I look after our systems, support our people, and fine-tune our processes, making sure our team can focus on what they do best, without any unnecessary hassles getting in the way.

With experience across a range of industries and accounting firms – from small practices to large corporate environments – I’ve learned the value of being adaptable, efficient and clear. I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. If there’s a better way to do something, I’ll find it – whether that’s simplifying internal processes, reviewing systems, or working through a financial review. I keep things moving and make sure the right people are on the right tasks.

I enjoy getting to know my colleagues and working closely with our admin team and staff across the business, making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work for our clients. No question is too hard in my book – and if I don’t know the answer, I’ll dig in and find it for you.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I dedicate time to family and caring for my dog, as well as pursuing card making as a creative endeavour. This hobby enables me to continue learning and refine my attention to detail—abilities that are advantageous in my professional work. I am committed to ongoing growth and innovation, both within my craft and in the workplace. Additionally, I have a strong interest in travel, particularly across Europe, where I appreciate exploring historical sites, artistic achievements, cultural diversity, and the distinctive qualities of each town.
