Biography

I’m a Manager at Alexander Spencer, where I work with clients across everything from bookkeeping through to tax returns and tailored tax advice. My role is as much about managing client outcomes as it is about leading and supporting my team. At Alexander Spencer we take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, and I see my role as helping to simplify the complex, ensuring clients not only meet their compliance requirements but also genuinely understand the financial information that drives their decisions.

Colleagues would describe me as approachable, easygoing and collaborative, with a focus on sharing knowledge and supporting others’ growth. I enjoy mentoring team members and fostering a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and learning is part of everyday work. For clients, I bring the same philosophy - making technical concepts simple and accessible, while maintaining the highest professional standards.

I believe in being warm, accountable and reliable. Clients can always count on me to be accessible, whether by phone, email or in person. Respect and trust are at the heart of the relationships I aim to build. I value clients who are engaged, ask thoughtful questions and respect the expertise I bring. For me, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing clients walk away with a clear understanding of their financial position and confidence in the advice we provide.

Across my career, I’ve learned the importance of integrity, hard work and balance. I approach every project with a commitment to giving my best and holding myself accountable for delivering results. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, shopping, walking and spending time with my family. I’m a firm believer in the ‘work hard - play hard’ philosophy.
